We watched the pilot episode of Charmed and put together more recruitment posters. The CO will be delivering them to more area businesses next week. We ate bacon, cheese and egg english muffins.

We had a lot going on in January.

The Commanding officer wrote eight more exams for the College of Classic Detective Mysteries, a college in which he directs via subspace communications. These are the new classes that will soon be available through STARFLEET Academy (SFA).
On january first the Commanding officer (CO) took over as Director of the College of Star Trek Actors. The exams for this college are available through STARFLEET Academy (SFA).

The chapter has been actively recruiting new members again. We have one new membe rthat joined us in January. Welcome aboard William (bill) S. , no sorry to disappoint but it is not the SHAT.

The Commanding officer swore two members in to STARLEET in January. They are now enlisted in STARFLEET as Crewmen Recruits (CCR). The Commanding Officer (CO) has presented them with orders, stating they will be serving thier FLEET time aboard the USS Pillar L. Mitchell, when they graduate from STARFLEET Academy.

The chapter collected 774 pound of food throughout the holiday season. This was done without public advertising, it was all collected by word of mouth.

On Saturday January 19th the USS Pillar L. Mitchell Hosted a “Lost Girl” marathon. We feasted on a huge pot of chili, with the option of adding sour cream, cheese, onoins. The chili was prepared by the ship’s XO.

ACTIVITIES :

The CO went out to purchase a new command Christmas tree because some leaking pipes ruined the old one and Then the CO, XO and the cadets set it up and helped decorate it. We then sat down to watch “Once Upon a Time” while snacking on a cheese and sausage tray. The rest of the crew took time off and spent it with thier families.

ACTIVITIES :

The chapter CO attended a region 6 unit OIC meeting with the new Brigade OIC while the rest of the ship watched Doctor Who episodes.

We got together on Sept. 22nd and continued watching “Eureka” and feasted on lasagna and garlic bread. The biggest pan of lasagna I have ever seen, by the way.
